TROOP 420 – SPRING 2021 SCHEDULE

We strive to present a safe environment to all following BSA Covid-19 guidelines which requires wearing a face mask, social distancing, and hand sanitation. Our meetings are broken into smaller groups to comply with the indoor and outdoor meeting sizes. Hopefully late Spring will bring some relief for relaxing Covid rules.

January 5 – Adult Leader Planning: All Adult leaders attend virtually (DHH, KC)

January 8-10 Order of the Arrow Winter Fellowship, OA members only

January 12 – Board of Review, MB School Follow-up and COH Overview and Patrol Leader Council

January 16-18 NYLT Course at Camp Bowers for those registered (Saturday, Sunday & Monday)

January 19 - Troop Meeting: Prepare Flags for retirement ceremony, BSA baseball trivia and COH (DHH)

January 26 - 7:00pm Court of Honor, Troop Campfire and Flag Retirement behind Hut (DHH)

No parents attend due to COVID group meeting size limits

(Because of COVID, we will not have Scout Sunday)

February 2 Troop Meeting: Big Pot Cooking with tripod

February 5-7 NYLT Course at Camp Bowers for those registered

February 9 Troop Meeting: Swiss Chimney and donuts

SUMMER CAMP FEE BALANCE DUE plus any merit badge extra charges

May 14 (Thursday) Summer Camp Physicals - (MO, DH)

May 16 Sunday 3:00pm Group Eagle Scout Ceremony; Location: LPC Sanctuary

May 14-16 Order of the Arrow Summer Fellowship, OA Members only

July 11-17 Summer Camp at Camp Bowers (WMc, JL, CMc)

Base Cost for summer camp is $310

$ = Meetings prior to camping trip – Scout pay patrol leader $12 cash for weekend food.

All troop meetings begin at 7:00PM on Tuesday Nights, Uniform is Class "A" unless otherwise notified. Parents should attend all Court of Honor Meetings.

*Board of Review requires the Scout to present himself in full Class a Scout Uniform with his Scout Handbook
