Our
Troop Program – Part of America’s Premier Leadership Program
Many think the
Scouting experience as learning first aid, knots, camping, cooking and so on.
This is true but that is the platform for developing leadership skills,
learning how to be independent, developing problem solving skills, presentation
skills and learning how to be a self-advocate.
The outcome of this
experience is the development of self-confidence and a strong character that
prepares them to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by
instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
